Eligibility Criteria for LPG Distributorship

 

Role of a Distributor:

Join us in the journey to create a sustainable environment for the future by choosing LPG. Become the bridge between manufacturer and end-consumer by becoming our company’s “vitrak” or LPG gas distributor. We provide sustainable propane-rich LPG for industrial, commercial and domestic segments. 

Role of a Distributor:

The eligibility criteria are suggestive only not mandatory

  • Manage a Cylinder Distributer Outlet (CDO) or Cylinder Exchange Points (CEPs) for LPG cylinders.
  • Manage day to day operations of the Cylinder Distributer Outlet (CDO) or Cylinder Exchange Points (CEPs) for LPG cylinders.
  • Distributing cylinders to customers and Cylinder Exchange Points (CEPs).
  • Develop the LPG market and sign-on New Customers in the assigned zone.
  • Provide technical services with regards to installation of the required accessories for using LPG stoves and cylinders.
  • Keep proper records as may be prescribed by the marketer
  • Provide excellent customer support services.

    Requirements as a Cylinder (CRM) Sub Distributor

    Location:

    • Walled Land or Building for Cylinder Storage and parking: Area of minimum
      (approximately One Plot).
    • Office & Showroom Space and Parking: This will be branded and set up as per specification of Xpress Gas
    • Sites should be owned or leased or rented for at least 5 years.

    I.T & Automation Requirements

    • The distributor must have a computer, printer and a tablet to enable operations using the provided IT platform.

    Logistics

    To distribute cylinders to customers and Cylinder Exchange Points (CEPs) in
    assigned area, distributor must have:

    • Tricycles
    • 2- 4 tonner-truck

    Team

    The distributor is required to have the following team for the operation of the
    distributorship:

    • Office Manager (with a minimum HND certificate)
    • LPG Technician
    • Delivery drivers/Motor Riders
    • Loaders for loading and offloading cylinders
    • Sales and Marketing Agents

    Security Deposits

    Distributors will have to deposit cash for cylinders in their possession and LPG.
    Interested parties will be required to fill a form and provide evidence of their
    capability to engage in such a business.
